Our Story
Having conducted over 5,000 unmanned surveillance investigations since 2014, we determined that the true secret to our success in providing unmanned surveillance services was due to our process of leveraging technology to conceal and deploy cameras, combined with the utilization of intelligence analysts to analyze captured footage.
To expand our service offerings, since no camera systems were on the market to meet the specific needs of the professional investigator, the Covert Captures team, including fifteen experts and engineers, spent over six years designing the first end-to-end unmanned surveillance platform, engineered specifically to provide the service of Intel Surveillance.
One aspect of our success we take pride in is the pivotal role played by two of our Intel Surveillance investigations in providing the evidence that formed the basis for significant New Jersey case law. The published Appellate decision of Temple V. Temple (2021), and the landmark New Jersey Supreme Court decision of Cardali V. Cardali (2023). Both cases involve the appeal and overturning of a Superior Court judge’s finding of a lack of evidence to hear a motion for relief of alimony due to cohabitation.
